Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Original Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories intact.
- Return Window: A return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Valid Reason: A clear and valid reason must be provided for initiating the return or exchange, such as:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or broken item (e.g., a damaged tube)
- Missing product(s) inside the package
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Products that have been used, tampered with, or are not in their original condition
- Items purchased during special sales, clearance, or promotions (unless received damaged)
- Personal care items where hygiene is a concern, unless they are unopened and unused
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Refunds

- Issue store credit or process an exchange, as per your preference.
Important Notes
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Please retain the original invoice and packaging for smooth processing.
- In the case of COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.
